4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that life happens. However, to respect the time of our practitioners and other clients, the following policy applies:
- More than 24 hours notice: You may reschedule or cancel for a full refund (less transaction fees).
- Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Healthy Medicine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages. Our total cumulative liability is capped at the total amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
