There is no shortcut to weight loss! As a wellness coach who have helped many to lose weight I can attest to this.
The absolute best way to lose weight is to find what works for you, do your best to stick to your plan. Then supplement as an aid not a primary method. Make good your medicine and choose supplements and remedies closest to food with natural ingredients.
Don’t overthink it don’t be lured into self guilt and self loathing when you fall off the wagon just do your best. The trick is to be mindful with everything you eat. Be sure to enjoy every bite, even if it is a chocolate now and then. Make it your lifestyle and own your journey.
In my experience achieving balance is the key.
The basics
Cut out sugars as best you can – sugar is everywhere, carbs like bread, alcohol etc. are all no nos. Choose healthy carbs and limit potatoes, pumpkin etc. Find healthier alternatives which you can have in moderation as treats, grind up dates almonds and cocoa and roll them into balls to have now and then. Play around with different recipes.
Eat only 3 times per day. Leave 4 to 5 hours between meals. You can have water or black coffee instead. This gives the body a chance to start using its own resources, as a result you lose the fat.
Add more protein to your diet – this works for most but some people cannot metabolise protein well, again get to know yourself and find what works for you. Protein and some veg for each meal is the trick. Choose whole milk and yogurt instead of low fat. Lactose intolerant peeps should be careful. Eat as close to nature as possible.
Be more active, choose steps instead of elevators. Walk to work if you can. Take evening walks or jogs, get your heart rate up. Make you exercise regime part of your daily routine. Add QiGong, Yoga etc. For a healthy mind and body.
Choose supplements with natural ingredients, focus on your overall health and add supplements and herbs which can help with your weight loss. Multi-vitamin, Chromium, niacin, B complex, Probiotics, digestive enzymes, vitamin C etc. are all good options. Choose as close to natural according to what you can afford. Here’s one supplement I found which may help.
Work on all aspects or your life, do things to reduce your stress levels. Meditate, walk barefoot, volunteer, practice gratitude etc.
Love thy self! You are already awesome, try to lose weight because its healthy. Focus more on how you feel rather than how you look. You can do this! Good luck!
